Finding and using your data
Your electronic records will be organized in a way that makes finding files easy and extremely fast. All our scanning services include indexing, the procedure that attaches identifiers (or "file attributes") to each data file, so that your search request produces the target files within seconds.

We can also build in additional attributes to give you more ways to search for your data.

Other optional services, such as bookmarking and hyperlinking, are available upon request.
